If you are a recipient or a recipient advocate and have questions about Medicaid coverage, please call toll free (800) 780-9972 statewide Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. After hours, please lea​ve a message and your call will be returned the following business day.

You may also e-mail the Helpline staff at: RecipientHelp@xerox.com. The Recipient Services Representative will assist you with your questions about services that are covered by the Medical Assistance program, providing a list of Medicaid enrolled providers, and how to use your Medical Assistance benefits in general. Most problems are solved with the initial call or with a call back. Some problems take longer to investigate and will need more time.
