Alaska 2015 Primary Care Needs Assessment

Your voice is essential.

We need your assistance in an important project that can have a significant impact in shaping the future of healthcare in Alaska.

Alaska's Primary Care Office is conducting a statewide assessment of Alaska’s primary care system, including behavioral health and dental providers to determine what resources we have in Alaska and where they are and to identify service gaps and to help inform future planning efforts.

Three different surveys (Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Dental) are being mailed out to practices across the state.

Surveys may also be completed and submitted electronically through these links to Survey Monkey.

Our work focuses on:

  • Health Care Delivery
  • Workforce Development
  • Health Care Financing and Reimbursement Strategies
  • Facility Planning
