Nutrition, Transportation, and Support Services Grants
Nutrition,
Transportation, and Support Services Grants fund non-profit agencies
to provide meals (in groups and in private homes) and nutrition
and health education information to seniors. Grantees provide
transportation services that enable seniors to maintain mobility
and independence.
Supports programs that promote active and involved lifestyles
as we age.
