In fiscal year 2014, the Department of Health and Social Services issued three (3) grant award through the Human Services Community Matching Grant Program. Successful grantees where those Municipalities / Boroughs (MB) with a population exceeding 65,000.

State funds were awarded to each MB, which also required a 30% match. Each MB was required to solicit for essential human services including social services through local non-profit organizations. Each MB is required support services identified in their MB assessment of needs. 

For fiscal year 2014, the following sub-awards for each Municipality / Borough were made as a result of the MB solicitation.
